July 3-4 - 2:00pm - "Bombs, Bullets and Fraud" The US Postal Service is a dangerous place to work - learn what people send through the mail and the modern forensics used to find the perpetrators.

July 9 - 7:00pm - "Screening: Tierra Encantado--New Mexico Cowboys"

July 17-25 - 2:00pm - "Day of the Kamikaze" Award winning video that documents the origins of kamikaze battle and shares true, eyewitness accounts of the biggest and bloodiest suicide attack in history over two days in 1945.

July 31-August 8 - 2:00pm - "Light at the Edge of the World" Celebrated anthropologist Wade Davis searches for four disappearing cultures in Peru, Polynesia, the Himalayas, and the Arctic.

August 14-22 - 2:00pm - "Sky View" Soar over Europe and experience history and the countryside from an eagle's perspective, told in four episodes - The Heart of Italy, The Emerald Isle, The French Riviera and Southern Britain.

August 28-Sept. 4 - 2:00pm - "America's Greatest Monuments" Enjoy the amazing stories of our capitol's greatest shrines, from the war memorials to the monuments honoring America's founding fathers to Arlington's eternal flame.

Chautauqua: Pueblo Pottery

Pam Lujan-Hauer is a potter from the Taos Pueblo and she will demonstrate her art and tell the story of pottery, from the history of clay as an art form and the origins of the earliest pottery, to the threats to traditional pottery.

Screening: Tierra Encantada--New Mexico Cowboys

the story of the vaquero and their influence on cowboys of today. Filmed on locations in New Mexico and Lincoln County.

Silk Dyeing Workshop with Sandy Hopper of Grasshopper Silk. Learn the basics of painting on silk and finish the workshop with a beginner's kit of supplies to continue silk painting.

The story of the West's most famous dentist and his journey from one who healed to one who killed. The contemporary Wyatt Earp is a descendent of the historic Wyatt Earp and tours the world with his award-winning one-man play.
